Your Payment Options

We offer a wide arrange of dental treatment and payment options. It is our goal to work with you and for you, in order to make treatment affordable and to maximize your dental benefits.

What forms of payment do you take?

We offer many convenient ways to pay for treatments including cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Do you accept my dental insurance?

We work with most insurance companies and we are committed to trying to maximize your dental benefits. Many of our patients have dental insurance, and we routinely submit electronic claims for you, with total compliance to HIPAA privacy regulations.

We want patients to understand that as insurance companies try to become more profitable, the patient’s dental benefits then tend to have more limitations. It is up to you to understand your policy limitations; we will do our best to maximize whatever benefits are available for you.

Are you an in-network dentist?

We do not sign any contracts with dental plans that restrict your choice of provider or location. As a non-contracted office, we are considered “out of network.” Sometimes this means that it may cost slightly more than an “in-network” dentist. However, we believe the quality of your experience in our office and the quality of your dental work and how long it should last is far superior to any cost difference.

We work 100% for you, because we are not contracted with any insurance company.

I do not have dental insurance. Does the office offer any kind of financial arrangements, such as a payment schedule?

We will work with patients, based on their budgets, to create payment plans that work for them. We try to be sensitive to each person’s individual budget. If you have questions about payment plans, feel free to contact our office.

Will the office disclose all fees to me before proceeding with my treatment?

Absolutely! We will not proceed with any treatment or procedure without your full awareness. This also means you are fully informed as to the cost, and the benefits of the procedure to your overall health and wellness.
